This beautiful Mediterranean house is located in Punat, only 300 meters from the sea and can accommodate up to 6 people. In the outdoor area you have a jacuzzi, deck chairs and a covered summer kitchen for socializing with family and friends. The yard is full of greenery, olives and other Mediterranean plants and flowers and is a real summer oasis full of shade. The interior of the house is fully equipped and consists of two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen and dining area. You are also provided with private parking in the yard.

Das Haus biete alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann: voll ausgestattete Küche und Bad, sehr bequeme Betten, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Außerdem großer überdachter Essplatz im Freien, Sitzplatz auf Terrasse, Whirlpool im Garten, sehr bequeme Liegen.... Großartig und sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der sogar ein Gastgeschenk und selbstgepflügten wilden Spargel für uns brachte. Vielen Dank.

Perfekte Oase zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen
Das sehr gut und modern ausgestattete Ferienhaus ist eingebettet in einem stilvoll angelegten großzügigen Anwesen mit Feigen- und Olivenbäumen und einem Whirlpool Bereich. Auch 2 Fahrräder standen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Super netter Gastgeber! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen da es wirklich sehr ruhig war.

What a wonderful place! If you like to stay in a nice house that is renovated with a lot of attention to detail, or like a beautiful garden full of olive trees and thyme, or pick your own figgy from a tree in front of the kitchen for your breakfast, or just want to hang out in the jacuzzi or hammock - that's your place to go. It is well situated just 5 min walk to the city with restaurants, shops and all you need, and has the perfect location to reach the nicest beaches near to Stara Baska. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place. Thanks Josip! We will come back.

Vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung, den super herzlichen Empfang. Es war super sauber und an jedes Detail wurde gedacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Das Haus inkl. Grundstück waren super sauber, schön und modern. Wir haben uns sofort super wohl gefühlt und wurden vom Gastgeber gleich herzlich begrüßt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und in der Einrichtung wurde an jedes kleine Detail gedacht. Ein herzliches Dankeschön noch an Josip der uns von Anfang bis Ende super freundlich und unkompliziert betreut hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Preis-Leistung top! Danke!
